We order the pure Soy Milk (no sugar)
It is fresh and silky.


Bean Curd Skin Tart with Soy Ricotta, Minit Pesto and Sugar Snap Peas
Crispy and taste good




Steamed Soya Egg Custard with Razor Clam and Seaweed Glaze
This is my first time to have this texture of Razor Clam with steamed soya egg



Tofu Skin with Mackerel and Cuttlefish Mousse with Herb Sauce



Udon Noodles in Soy Milk Lobster Bouillon (*supplement $138 per person)



Warm Scallop with Soy Whey Fermented Tofu Sauce and Pickled Vegetables
Not bad. The surface of scallop can be better, I prefer the deep fried surface with fresh inside.




Three Yellow Chicken Roulade with Mapo Tofu Sauce Or Sweet Sauce (for non-spicy) and Sprint Greens
I like the topping Tofu texture.
The taste of the chicken is full and rich. Heavy flavor




Soy Bean Paste Hot Stone Rice with Cantonese Salted Fish
No surprising with the rice. 




Calamansi Mousse with Soy yogurt Sorbet and Medley of Citrus
The Soy yogurt is brilliant, I wanna encore one more. Taste good!
